Return Policy

All Toadfish products purchased directly from our website can be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund. We will cover return shipping costs for most products if you are located in the US. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Free exchanges and store credit are available within 60 days of purchase.

Please that to qualify for a refund the following requirements must be met.

-All product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

-Must be shipped with the provided shipping labels. Any alterations to the shipping labels will result in a void of the return process. Additionally if the return shipment is not properly delivered to the address we provide, this will also result in a cancelation of the return.

Fishing Rods and Reels

All rod and reel returns require a Return Authorization. To request a return/exchange for your rod or reel, please contact us at support@toadfish.com. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on any Toadfish Rods
