WARRANTY CLAIMS
All Toadfish products are covered by a Limited Manufacturers Warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
Please send an email to support@toadfish.com including the information below so that we can review your warranty claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
- A picture of your damaged/defective product
- Your order number from our website if purchased online
- A picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer
- A brief description of the issues that you are having with your product
If you do not hear back from a Toadfish team member within 48 hours, please resubmit your claim.
Rod Warranty
- 30 Day Guarantee
- If a rod is damaged due to a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, we will replace it with proof of purchase. Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer to support@toadfish.com.
- 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty ( Original Purchaser/Owner Only )
- Within 1 year of purchase, we will replace any rods that snap due to a manufacturer’s defect under normal use.
- Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer to support@toadfish.com.
- $25 Shipping and handling fee.
- This warranty does not cover the guides on the rod.
