All Toadfish products are covered by a Limited Manufacturers Warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Please send an email to  including the information below so that we can review your warranty claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. A picture of your damaged/defective product
  2. Your order number from our website if purchased online
  3. A picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer
  4. A brief description of the issues that you are having with your product

If you do not hear back from a Toadfish team member within 48 hours, please resubmit your claim.

Rod Warranty

  • 30 Day Guarantee
    • If a rod is damaged due to a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, we will replace it with proof of purchase.  Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer to  support@toadfish.com.
  • 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty ( Original Purchaser/Owner Only )
    • Within 1 year of purchase, we will replace any rods that snap due to a manufacturer’s defect under normal use.  
    • Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer to support@toadfish.com.
    • $25 Shipping and handling fee.
    • This warranty does not cover the guides on the rod.
    • Only 1 warranty available per rod.

Fishing Product Return Policy (Non-Defective)

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will refund or exchange unopened and unused items within 30 days from the date your items were delivered. All rod and reel returns require a Return Authorization. To request a return and/or exchange for your rod or reel, please contact us at Fishing products eligible for returns must include original tags and packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on any Toadfish Rods.
