Position Overview: Folsom Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ecommerce catalog manger to develop and maintain pages across various sites/platforms. This role requires experience working in Shopify, Amazon, and Wal-Mart marketplace. Wal-mart marketplace and Retail Link/Supplier One experience is highly preferred. You will organize, develop, and maintain an extensive online catalog across multiple brands. This includes product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory. Requires systematic arrangement, maintenance, and optimization of a company's online catalogs. Content creation skill set would also be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Product listings: Create pages, build out and organize collections. Familiar with site architecture creation.
- Product information: Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date working cross-functionally to collect, organize, and maintain database.
- Product descriptions: Write detailed descriptions that use relevant keywords
- Product images: Use professional product images and photography
- Product pricing: Maintain accurate product pricing
- Product inventory: Maintain accurate product inventory
- Effective Communication: Front facing communicator with national account teams including Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shops, Dicks Sporting Goods etc.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency working in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Wal-Mart marketplace
- Experience in Wal-Mart marketplace, Retail Link/Supplier One preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in NuOrder or other wholesale B2B platforms is a plus
- Experience working with ERP system – Blue Cherry, Net Suite or the equivalent
- Extremely organized – maintain & build large database on various platforms using drop-box, google drive.
