Warranty Claim
All Toadfish products are covered by a Limited Manufacturers Warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. All products must be registered to be covered by our warranty.
Rod Warranty
- 30 Day Guarantee

If a rod is damaged due to a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, we will replace it with proof of purchase. Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt if purchased from a retailer to support@toadfish.com.
- 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty ( Original Purchaser/Owner Only )
- Within 1 year of purchase, we will replace any rods that snap due to a manufacturer’s defect under normal use.

- $20 shipping charge.
- This warranty does not cover the guides on the rod.
- If your rod breaks based on an accident or a guide is broken, we will offer you 30% off a new rod purchased from our website.
- Only 1 warranty available per rod.
